Religious Services

All students in grades 1-8 attend 8 am Mass every day.

Kindergarten students attend Mass once per week at the beginning of the year, and gradually build up to daily Mass attendance.  The Angelus is prayed every day at the lunch hour.  Students pray regularly in their classrooms at the beginning and end of each day.  Students attend Adoration and Benediction once a month.  Non-liturgical services such as Prayer Services, the Stations of the Cross, and the recitation of the Rosary are also celebrated at school.

We are happy to announce that our newly updated curriculum for grades K-8 has been completed.  We believe that you will find this new curriculum to be rigorous and measurable.  It will encourage development of critical thinking as well as imagination.  And it is rooted in our foundation of the Catholic faith.

Students in 2nd grade prepare for and receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation and the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist.  Parents/Guardians are required to attend informational meetings for Sacramental Preparation.

Students in grades 2 – 8 participate in school Reconciliation services during Advent and Lent.

Students in grade 7 prepare for and receive the Sacrament of Confirmation in the spring of each year.  Parents/guardians and sponsors are required to attend informational meetings for Sacramental Preparation.  Father John will lead the instruction to 7th grade students for Confirmation.

Students in PK - 5 will be taught religion by their homeroom teacher.

Students in 6-8 will be taught Religion by Mrs. Christy Connor.
